It can happen that your game gives an error message as the following:
“Couldn’t load maps: maps/mp/mp_neuville.bsp”
When the game can’t open a bsp file, normally your “allow downloading” option in Multiplayer options, is set to “no”. Sometimes that happens. Just set it back to “yes” and it should work again.
